1. The launch mount is too low to the ground. This results in a feedback of the thrust into the engine bells, damaging the engines in the process
2. When the clamps released, part of the rocket's hull came loose and from the exhaust thrust bouncing back, gave it enough force to slam into the fuel tank
3. This perturbation created potentially a fuel bubble
4. That bubble destabilized the ignition process and caused an engine failure
5. That engine failure led to that entire engine exploding and failing
6. That led to an asymmetric thrust and the flight from thereon was doomed.
Everything can be attributed to the fact that the exhaust from the engines is TOO FUCKING LOW with respect to the ground. They literally fucked their own flight before it left the mount.
