No sense of community, in fact, there's a word for people that unfarily take advantage of others, we call them "vivos" (alive).
There's insanely high crime.
There's insane social tension between the classes, specially a lot of hate towards the now virtually unexistant European descended, white, upper class.
There's no middle class.
Average IQ is in the eighties.
There's what I call: "absolute corruption", society is absolutely corrupt from top to bottom, every single institution is corrupt, all citizens engage in corruption, everyone has corrupt or no morals, corruption is a way of life.
No institution works, everything is a bearocratic nightmare, nothing is ever thought of or planned.
Ill give you an example:
>Water pipeline breaks in a big street, causing one side of the street to be intransitable >Police put barriers in order to prevent cars from going into the now instransitable side of the street>They also put a barrier on the other side of the street, you know, the side that can be transited >This obviously causes massive traffic >Ask them why they have put up a barrier in that side of the street > In ebonic Spanish "there needs to be a barrier there, boss">Ask them for what purpose >They don't even understand the questionI could go on an on, but they gist of it is that over the years I've become convinced that all of this is because Venezuela was not an ethnically homogenous country, and the great majority of it's population was a mix of negro slave with savage indian and rapist Spaniard.
