If spaceX made an insane amount of profits, like a large fraction of a super power's federal budget every year. And they paid to colonize mars for a generation and technology progressed to where every single thing that's needed to civilize mars with complete agricultural and industrial economies, little to nothing needs to be made on earth, yes, you can physically colonize mars.
Then the second condition is that the standard of living needs to, at the minimum, be satisfactory to the most rugged examples of our species that wish it sucked more. Mind you this is more trecherous and deteriorating than military service. Martians will not be wealthy and colonization is not just a job you do for a few years. Then yes, some of us can colonize mars.
