Econ as a standalone degree is fucking worthless, you are "overqualified" for most entry level jobs and underqualified for the good positions due to lack of experience and getting cucked by math majors and programmers.
My gameplan is to finish accounting and get a finance degree afterwards, econ is just not worth it.
