Now we have this fenced in parameter, because can't have the trashcans roam free and all, you have to walk around it, open the gate and then put your trash in the corresponding can.
So what this little brat did was just abandoning the bag on the outside of the fence on the far side. At first I wanted to get annoyed because now I know who trashes up the neeibourhood every week, but then I was like, man he's just putting in the minimum effort and probably doing alright, considering that his parents probably live around here as well, leaving your crime out in the open, I mean he probably must have some cunning exit strategy... Reminded me a little bit of me when I was young. So I said nothing and watched him fuck off.
