>>13524103It's far more acceptable to be gay than it is to willingly spread COVID to people who could easily die from it
>>13524105>Ok I do actually care about other peopleI already knew that
>But getting vaccinated is not my problemYou should have a choice as to whether or not you get a vaccine, but because of the danger you pose to anyone else not vaccinated, you should probably be isolated and/or forced to wear a mask - as you could indirectly cause temporary or permanent harm to others who have a right to live. Curious as to whether or not you disagree with this.
>At risk people should get vaccinatedThey should, but not all of them will, for a variety of reasons. Those under 12 are also not authorized to be administered a vaccination, which leaves them at risk and with no ability to protect themselves apart from relying on others to be sanitary.
>If I am sick I stay home since I don't want to spread it.You can still spread the illness around your house if anyone lives with you, and if not, there still exists a period of time before and after the illness where you can spread it, not taking into account the possibility of you being a super spreader who never feels sick.
>Thats as far as I am willing to contribute, masking when in public, and staying home when sick.Sure, just make sure to social distance as well, and be prepared to have job applications denied because you're unvaccinated, and travel plans. The inconvenience of this on some level can be viewed as unpreferable to just getting the shot.
>Ill take a vaccine when the virus becomes of legitimate concern to myselfSure, I'd refer to my last line when it comes to that, even if you have no issues with hurting other unvaccinated people.
