is it possible to learn most of maths in a reasonable amount of time?
that is, learning most concepts, having strong understanding of the most important ones, but not knowing about obscure and niche maths "findings" that often have the name of the mathematician that discovered it
but knowing how to dig into it online when you feel you need to dig into that direction
considering starting maths over from zero

Technical analysis can work, but you have to throw out the voodoo math, and realize that what you are really dealing with is PEOPLE.
If you are looking at the charts and asking yourselves "hmm what could the retail traders be up to?" "is that big mutual fund trying to enter a position?" then you are doing it right. Then add a little bit of math back in to help answer those questions. But understanding people is the core of it.

I’m majoring in math and all my classes are online so I’m basically self taught. Just go through your book, do the exercises and when you get hung up start doing some googling. Personally, I’m very auditory so listening to youtube videos or lectures where people speak in a more conversational manner really helps fill in the gaps from the formal nature of the books.

Im an early math drop out but lately find myself craving to fill in those gaps of retardations and actually feel motivated to learn some mathematics for the fun it.

literally look up for any subject you want and stick with the one you understand the most. It will depend on your level, time, and patience you have to sit and listen/take notes. Sadly is a matter of trial and error if you are at a basic level. (I'm not trying to be derogative btw)

The issue is that it's subjective therefore not testable. If you can't tell if your string of recent victories is luck or your system working then your system is useless. And you aren't dealing with people most of the time but computers programmed by guys like the one above.
