>>13519777I think this is even worse cope than the "we need more integration" meme. Europe with third world shithole culture is not gonna be Europe with browns. It's gonna be a third world shithole. When that happens and Europe becomes poor again most expats will leave for India/China (while long term unemployed welfare abusers stay). It's like how political parties in Europe demanded a cap on refugees and the problem wasn't opposition to this, it's that we never even hit the cap. Fewer and fewer people are going to come to Europe. The continent is not inherently wealthy, it has few natural resources. The wealth was in its people and that is going to disappear. The best engineers, even ethnic European ones, are attracted to higher salaries in America, Australia and soon China.
I agree there is a lack of strong pan European identity (mostly because Brussels wants to simultaneous crush and foster it), but the rich diversity of European cultures have common ties in Enlightenment ideas, language groups, Christianity, love of Science and the arts etc. is what could've united the continent. A strong unity, strong external borders etc. is what gives people a sense of purpose and loyalty to stay. But it's moot now, Europe's problem will not be too many immigrants, but too few. The only real choice is between letting Western civilization decline gracefully or continuing with the current dystopian nightmare of sacrificing all its principles of freedom and individuality so its elites can LARP as a superpower.
