Poor dependance,

Literally Phenibut: the drug. It's basically Chad in drug form. It's mostly excreted in the urine and not really metabolized by the liver. However it does have dependence associated with it. But other than that it's the closest drug to match your criteria. Plus you can get it OTC.

For me it's the opposite. I get anxiety immediately when exercising, even driving to the gym. This raises as my bpm rises, my fear of death, panic etc is all ramping up then it fades away when the endorphins hit and I get a feeling of relief and euphoria.

You slyly took out OP's line about a lack of dependence. You can't really use Phenibut any more often than a benzo.

OP, sublingual kava (not drank) might be a something to try. It can be quite potent and effective for some people.

If you're feeling creative another thing to try is human sex pheromones (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_sex_pheromones), many of which are GABAA positive allosteric modifiers.

There's no single drug that ticks all your boxes. Modafinil comes close to a lot of the latter things (motivation, social drive, not acting like a crackhead, not physically harmful in the long term, doesn't make you feel worse) but it won't do anything to fix anxiety/depression/stress, at the same time though it won't make any of that stuff worse unlike more traditional stimulants.

Like every other anon has said already, if you want to fix anxiety, depression and stress then you need to make life changes. There is no easy quick fix cure. The only cure is substantial long-term alterations to the way you live your life at nearly every level.

Or you could just take a mega dose of LSD, make battle with your inner demons, and hope that you win and come out the other side of it a better person. Either that or you become a complete psychotic, your mileage may vary.

I never claimed to be Mister Perfect. I apologise for being rude, Anon. I've recently been dealing with a close family member over the last several months who was hospitalised for a severe manic episode.

They're well and recovering now but during the worst parts of their mania they were extremely treatment resistant (such is the nature of the illness) and would spout all sorts of nonsense about how medications are bad for them, they can get better with other options, everyone except them is wrong, and blah blah blah, you probably get the picture. Reading that post just sorta raked up a bunch of bad memories and immediately made me feel like I was back in that situation, made me see red.

I've been watching a lot of videos of suicides. I like to observe how slowly or quickly they pull the trigger and what their skulls and meat looks like spilled out. I am not being fetishistic about it, I am just trying to get more comfortable with the mental image of me dead and what I would particularly look like and how my skull would burst open and stuff. I want to find more where the family discovers them after they kill themselves. It's horrible to listen to their whole worlds violently collapse in a quarter of a second but I just want to desensitize myself to the thought. I just notice that blank stare that my family looks at me with and I want to be able to approximate what it would sound like if they screamed at my maimed head. Then they wouldn't look at me like that anymore. I am not good at picking up emotions or feelings in other people so I need extremes to register things clearly. I don't know. I don't really seem to feel "emotions", or I don't know what emotions they are. It's like a whole new emotion, the lack of all emotions. It's kind of like calling something dry wet. I can't tell how these videos make me feel. They're just kind of dead, and that's it. That's all right I guess. I look at my face in the mirror as if I'm alive, but I really want to see my dumb mouth slightly agape with my slimy brains trickling out. That is a more definitive facial "expression" than anything I am capable of. I am a zombie. I am a grain of rice in a human shell. I am nothing. I don't really exist. The last thing that makes me somewhat feel something are old photos of my parents holding me as a baby. I want whatever that is again but it's cold and distant like old photographs tend to be. Maybe that kind of stuff doesn't matter though. Trigger, wad cutter, back of ear. Neither black or white.

Nah they only work so much before your body gets too used to them (making you end up worse than when you started).
You really only should consider them when problems are so bad you can't even get out of the bed in the morning to do stuff.
Even then, it's not a great drug. I think it is an archaic solution to such a problem.
