Like suppose your dad has the dna "AB" and your mom is dna "BA" where "A" is IQ boosting. A child could possibly inherit the "A" from each parent and come out "AA".
But thats only the genetic component of IQ. So, crazy outliers basically have to have everything going for them. All the variables have to come out in their favor.
