>>3953970The fandom activism thing is just the latest strategy in top/bottom discourse. 'You should like myyyy favorite character to bottom because don't you care about my feelings, my dysphoria, this subjugated group?' It's hilarious because the sycophants come out of the woodworks to cater to these adult babies. Who ever said fandom spaces should be what one person likes? By design they can't be. I don't think about anyone but my dick when I'm writing. I always ask myself what these didactic, incessant, moralizing Jaycefags actually want. Do they prefer a fandom where everything is bottom/feminized one character? Is their goal to have 0% bottom Viktor? Whenever I see them hating on a trope, I make a point of writing one more thing that they'll hate. Spite is not the best creative motivator but I've written 40 fics out of spite in another fandom.
>>3953974>take publicly disliking something as an attackHonestly people should stop announcing they hate something in places where they dine for free. Futile endeavor, I know, but the attitude of 'I hate people who share free things they created out of passion because they did it in a way I don't like. I don't pay them money and they don't even know I exist in the first place and I could avoid things by shutting my mouth and using filters/blacklisting tags but I hate this thing!' It's pure entitlement.
