>>3945324basic empathy and trying to understand character from different angles, don't exist for such people. They also probably don't go outside much, and touch grass. Having little to no experience with actual human relationships. They just don't understand how common it's actually is, and even how good people can be in such situations. Not to say that Jimmy, Anya and Curly situation was super realistic, yes it's little exaggerated. But non the less, most if not all characters of mouthwashing is very human, have very common human flaws and stuff, morally grey etc. That's one of the main reasons I personally like about mouthwashing, the characters, especially Curly resonant with me sm, and how well written and true to life they're it's so good.
I can go on and on about Curly and stuff but my post getting too long already. Basically they're just humans that happened to be in very shitty situation, with capitalistic company, and unstable asshole psycho. People water down them as just one personality traits, unable to read something deeper. I'm not saying that mouthwashing should be taken always 100% serious, what I meant is that those people don't understand morally grey well written characters, seeing only surface level of them.
>kinda ironic how much people ask for morally grey characters and not one sided horseshit. Yet when they got such characters they dilute them to just very evil bad and innocent baby good
