what would you tag this as, or describe/name this? its something ive wanted to see forever and ive only seen it "kinda" done in some irl 3dpd extreme stuff (hkj did this with a slink once. just grabbed her stomach bulge and changed the side it was on).
just grabbing the ball and violently shoving it from the bottom left of the stomach region to near the bottom right of the ribs, displacing and pulling the internal intestines along with it, probably impossibly excruciatingly painful as well.
