Right now I think Rich is 1006 while Stella is The Player, Stella has no real end laid out for her and could easily end up regretting working at the company. That lack of direction is also a reason I do say that Stella!Prototype is an option despite no one else even considering it, I can easily see her getting cohersed into being experimented on. In that case Rich feels like a likely Player.
If 1006 is Ludwig, it's very likely he still cares for Poppy and would save her from Sawyer.
If 1006 is Rich of Stella, they would probably be neutral on Poppy and maybe hostile depending on how close they think Poppy is to the company, which is connected to Sawyer.
Another thing to think about is that Ollie might be a disguise for Harley, both seem to have access to the camera system. So maybe at some point he said "Say goodbye to Saywer and hello to Ollie" and in that case Poppy would be evil because she would have to know this. There are a lot of possibilities to consider with all the different identities and outcomes.

I think it's more likely 1006 is defeated or retreats and we find Sawyer and have to face him. Again it all depends on a lot of variables but I think that's the direction they're moving in.
