He feels he lacks traditional masculine traits, which is why he idolizes Mondo. This chapter is one of my favorites in Danganronpa because it explores deceptive appearances. Chihiro believes he’s weak and unmasculine, but he actually has more inner strength than Mondo, who appears strong but is internally struggling with guilt and weakness. Mondo’s inability to confront his own issues, combined with his inferiority complex and guilt over his brother's death, leads him to kill Chihiro in a fit of rage. This highlights how societal views of masculinity can damage people’s self-perception and lead to tragic outcomes.
It’s also why Mondo’s execution involves himself getting turned to butter he literally becomes soft as butter which is as much a reflection of a weak nature it’s also tied in to a story of a Tiger melting into butter which is more malleable and much weaker it’s an execution designed to insult Mondo
No offense but I really think you failed to understand the character and I feel as if you and similar people are the type to try to say Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4 is also transgender which is just untrue
