I checked it now out of curiosity and xiao was already posting before ffjjfjci closed his account, so it wasn't even a new account. More so, xiao actually sent several tweets to ffjjfjci, one of them was

I'm pretty sure they are different people, they just happen to have a similar vibe to them, much like aoino and wafflebond, for example.
Love them both anyway, and I hope ffjjfjci will eventually return so we can enjoy them both at the same time.
