The ghosts are almost always aggressive, but because the protagonist is incredibly dense she almost always manages to appease them and convince them to move into her condo.

There is also a recurring gag where a boy is attacked by ghosts while his family refuses to help him but is indirectly saved by the owner of the condo by convincing the ghost on duty to move.
