Kabukimono's outfit is a Heian era outfit resembling a kariginu, common for noblemen and shinto monks.

It's literally just a short kagirinu with a veil, and the kind of veil Kabukimono uses is for shade and not associated with marriage at all unlike in western culture. I am not sure if you are being ignorant on purpose, or if you have some weird agenda, but calling a traditional outfit a bride's dress feels very culturally insensitive.
