Don't, there are many things you can do. Love is not everything in life, the worst thing about modern media is portraying it as the end goal of everything. I verily recommend you to read some classical literature, preferably 19th-century one, because while many of these authors certainly do value love, but they especially portray it in a very different and more realistic light, however, they also don't put it as the only thing that matters in life.
