Zanki Zero: Last Beginning.
It's a strange first person dungeon crawler and survival game hybrid by Spike Chunsoft, it's not by the Danganronpa team, but some of the characters and story elements were clearly inspired by it.
The game has this interesting mechanic where the characters are clones that jump between clone bodies that rapidly age and die within a week. whenever one of the eight playable characters die, either from getting killed by an enemy, starvation, or aging, they can be reborn.
There's 4 boys and 4 girls, each with 4 different stages of life, child, teenager, adult, and elder.
So basically each of the 4 male characters have a shota form.
There also some fanservice scenes for the characters that change depending on the age, but the localizers pussied out and removed the shota/loli ones in the English version.
The scene I was referring to is right after the protag dies for the first time and realizes the whole process.
