Kazuha probably doesn't care much about how he smells but would bathe to keep himself at least clean, so it would be just his natural smell, maybe a bit more fresh due to all the anemo swirling.
As for the rest of the anemo boys, Venti probably doesn't smell like a human at all, just like a fresh breeze blowing over grass fields and the like, would be very pleasant. Scara... probably smells like nothing at all, since his skin is artificial and created by magic stuff. Xiao might be the stinky one of the group, I don't think he'd care much for personal higiene since he stays away from people, and there's also, you know, all the blood and stuff from the monsters he's always fighting. Maybe being an adeptus might save him from being stinky, who knows.
