I think generally exuberances of any type have a tendency to spiral uncontrollably towards extreme positions, themselves usually conducive of suffering. The pent up nature of the desires of people who frequent places such as this also probably lead to the same results. The heart grows from wanting, and great hearts are the safest place to find great sufferings!
