I don't subscribe to top/bottom needing definitive character traits to happen, I think it'd be pretty moe for WW to be bad at sex and Vash having to squabble and guide him. It'd also be moe for Vash to be desperate to get penetrated, as though he's sat on a dick before and enjoyed himself, and sees WW as someone he could trust to do that with. Stampede Vash puts far more faith in WW than he has for Vash, and I can imagine the bickering where WW threatens to be rough and says he's not stupid enough to let the humanoid typhoon go at his ass. Ultimately he lets Vash's hips be his training wheels and do the work after his attempts at "manlier" positions leave Vash with tearful pained laughter.
