The reason this topic and this "interest" is the way it is is because the vast majority of people involved in it make it out to be something it never should be and ruin it for the rest of us.
So, basically you have good shota stuff only being done by males and then that becomes even smaller because not all of the males in that group can be trusted. It's like loli, except the vast majority of loli is bad for this reason, whereas you get a rather substantial production of quality shota stuff.
