Not being in the 0's story or even making an appearance makes you think like that. Satoru being like he's and not sharing over the situation, looks like he didn't want to share. Yuuta was the only one who seemed to catch up with Suguru and Satoru relationship, not even Maki, Panda or Toge seemed to care about it.
