I love Haruto/Florian from SV. From his baby face and silly hat, his elementary school uniform, to his shorts that reveal his tender legs, he's peak shotabait. On top of that, the games allow players to go full trap mode with their characters, making him and even bigger shotabait.
There's another character in the games I like. Ortega, a Team Star member, who is a mixture of bratty shota with short temper and a "pretty boy" complex, traits that made him perfect for gentle bullying.
But if it's about the boy from the new anime, I hate him. He's a straight up copy of the average American gen Z/A faggot, from the retarded haircut that has half of the hair painted in an unnatural color, to the ghetto nigger clothes, finished with a mystery meat skin color to make even clearer that the designers took inspiration from burgerland instead of Japan or Spain to make these characters.
