2.- The galleries scraped from sadpanda have a lower resolution than the originals, and while it's not a big deal to most users, collectors prefer to save the best version (aka sadpanda's) available.
3.- nhentai only saves the equivalent of sadpanda's [Doujin] and [Manga] categories, while sadpanda allows much more content (even vidya magazines, because why not).
4.- nhentai doesn't even save all of the [Doujin] and [Manga] content, and excludes stuff with certain tags the owner considers too "extreme".
