>>3757927It could be a red flag the next series hasn't been revealed, but I think it could also be they don't want to spoil the outcome of Ash vs. Leon. I agree they may keep PM19 going, give PM closure, and then work in Paldea. Paldea could be treated like Galar (though hopefully better).
Do we have any indication TPC is unhappy with OLM, outside of "leakers" relaying second-hand information? Some of the people leaking what they've told by their "sources" have baited people on social media for attention and likes.
And I have a very difficult time believing after 25 years, Ash and Pikachu (Pikachu, the mascot of the franchise) would suddenly no longer be the main focus. As much as I love Goh's character, he isn't exactly well-loved by everyone. I don't buy the crap that he's the most hated character in the history of the anime, that's just the haters making junk up, but he's not quite shot up to the top with other popular characters, so I can't see him being the MC.
I've always wanted Gary to have a bigger role in the anime, and I'd love to see a series with him, Ash, and Goh.
