The problem with genshin is that they won't GIVE any shotas, they have 9 lolis so a lot of shotacons who like the game are massively coping.
I'm not entirely a fan of calling the genshin male teens shotas, but I can understand why people do, because many aspects of their design are shota-y (xingqiu's very short shorts, bennett's gratuitous clothing windows, venti is a bit more complicated). The characters also don't have any canon ages and characters like Razor can be anywhere from 12 to 22 by anime logic.
It's also for that reason why I don't appreciate characters like goro/razor/kazuha/xiao 'shotas' at all, even in lenient circles, because they absolutely do not act like little boys in the slightest. At least xingqiu has some kind of chinese-ciel phantomhive thing going on.
