To add something to the list, there's an obscure game called Graffiti Kingdom where you play as a bratty shota Prince.
Also I'm just sure if World of Final Fantasy would count? Lann is more like a Roxas-aged teenager than anything, but I've been playing it so it's on my mind. It could go in 'Borderline Shota' perhaps.
Also also, you could counter Monster Hunter Stories 2 as a shota game, because while he is a bit older than the 1 protag, he's also always like- The youngest character on screen for any story bits, so I think he could count. Plus it'd just depend on how you customize him too.
