Second, and I can’t believe I’m saying this because I don’t like Zahn’s Disney work: even though Disney has let Zahn’s work lean more military-wank than the rest of Star Wars and let him do irrelevant shit in the Unknown Regions, and even though Zahn can’t write Anakin or Padme for shit, that doesn’t make it grimdark.
