The Collector (that boy) is a chaotic neutral ancient being that was trapped centuries ago by another ancient being for being a brat. During the events of the show he's summoned by the big bad guy to help him to commit genocide against the entire demon world (where the MC is trapped in) in exchange for his freedom, but the bad guy betrays the shota and keeps him trapped for being too powerful. During the season finale, one of the MC's friends releases the shota in a desperate attempt to stop the bad guy, and the shota quickly defeats him with one finger, then proceeds to remodel the entire demon world because the MC's friend promised him they would play a very cool game. In the end the MC and most of her friends escape to the human world while the friend who made the deal with the shota is trapped with him.
tl; dr: he's a combination of Bill Cipher and your annoying little cousin that constantly tries to play dumb games with you.
