I've had some good fortune with 'kemonomimi' since it's a sort of genre word that will tagged to lots of pictures without acrually typing 'cat.' And then there's the matter of it making the boy pretty/cute, I haven't innovated on that front besides using the words 'anime' and 'pixiv.'
