Characters like Xiao, Bennett, Razor, Chongyun, Kazuha and Gorou look just the same as any teenage male character in a shounen anime. They'd look pretty convincing in a dress and wig the same way Shinji looks convincing in a dress and wig, but I doubt you would call him a trap. The only characters you could really argue have trappish characteristics are Venti, Xingqiu and Albedo. Maybe Aether too.
