I'm not making a new infographic on shinji's penis size, but this art is consistent with my measurements of this pic

That puts his head at 21.14cm. In the leftmost image his length is between about 1/7 and 3/10ths his head from that image, depending on how generous we are. In the middle image its about 1/5 to 1/8th of his head from that image. In the rightmost it's between 1/7th and 1/10th of his head in that image.
At our most cruel, he measures in at 2.22cm (in the right image) and at our most generous he's at 6.04cm (in the left image)
If we're really generous and say Shinji is actually about 6.5 heads tall, and measures 3/10ths his head, that's 6.83cm, add 1.27cm for further generosity, and multiply by 143%, and we get an erection length of 11.58cm
At worst we're looking at 2.22cm multiplied by 143%, for an erection length of 3.17cm
Average between those two for 5.15 flaccid, 7.37 erect, which is probably about what we're looking at.
Previously I measured him at 4.93cm flaccid and 7.04cm erect, which is shockingly close.
Take all of this with a grain of salt. I haven't read the manga either, but obviously Shinji is in and around water in those pics, so you know. He was probably cold.
The funniest thing to me about all of this is that, with the consistency, the team that made Eva probably discussed and decided what Shinji's penis length should be. It depends on what the actual measurement is, but the team might have genuinely decided he has a micropenis. If it's not, it's either just at or only just past the threshold by one or two centimeters.
