Unless you're one of those retarded shojo-like-minded puritans that visit these boards just to rant and cry when shotas are lewded, it is clear that people here actually lust for them, even if we're not allowed to fully express it (and let's accept it, /b/ has no boundaries so things quickly become worse). In the end nobody can stop people from finding news and/or any sort of material online, and as long as it is legal it is nobody's business.
As for the presentation the other anon linked, I actually found it very educational, as it had never crossed my mind that shotacon love could come from gay men that had an uneventful development, but it makes total sense.
