Everything about Basil from the moment I saw him made me want to protect his little smile.
Gardening, photography, his hair, his flowers, his demeanor...
Truth be told I thought it would get annoying but I really wanted to protect him.
Sunny was a similar case but I knew he couldn't get annoying. He was just a delicate, quiet little soul.
The photo album is what really sold me on all of them though. The Headspace photos were good enough initially, but it was the real photo album that got me. Pic related specifically was when I started loving seeing Basil and Sunny together. They were so innocent...
Seriously though, I like all of the characters. I know a lot of people kinda hate Aubrey, and I understand their reasoning, but I personally just don't care. They're cute. I like the entire cast.
