That being said, Polly did mention that Basil's been neglecting his plants lately, so it's not out of the question that he's been doing less gardening lately out of depression, which may explain why he's not nearly as toned as he would've been had he continued with his regular gardening schedule.
Not that that can't be remedied with a little of Sun exposure over time, though.
