>>3614059I'd say that yeah. The fact that a large swave of eastern Europe has now joined the EU means that emigration has played a big part for people wanting more opportunities/acceptance. But beyond that alot of the economies aren't tailor made for child rearing, the cost, care & property prices don't exactly insensitivize people to have families. Whilst eastern Europe is no longer poor in the traditional sense, it's not a comfortable economy when it comes to having a family either
