The IBO protagonist’s faction is an all male private military with a bunch of cute and hot guys (LOTS of room for fujo fantasies) and then a protagonist faction character is overtly confirmed as gay. The antagonist is also a former male sex slave. It’s a decent show, but it has a bit of a hard edge to it.
00, I’m not so sure if it’s the best choice. It’s got a very feminine protagonist character (one of 5 protagonists) who crossdresses in one episode, and then someone told me one of the antagonists in season 2 is gay, but I couldn’t sit through it to find out. It’s one of the weaker Gundams in terms of quality.
Turn A Gundam on the other hand has a much cuter mc, who also crossdresses several times, and a gay man who is attracted to him. It’s got about the same amount of homosex content as 00, but the show is much better. People compare it to Ghibli. The designer for several of the mobile suits was also gay; so there’s sort of a gay touch to the show as a whole.
You’ve also got Zeta Gundam with Kamille

Personally I’d probably swap 00 with one of those.
