>>3566362Like, I have no actual serious ship game at play here, all I really ask for is the bare minimum of a show to not utterly treat its canon LGBT characters like garbage. Nothing about the ending strikes me as good on a basic storytelling level.
Dean didn't even die FOR Sam or conclude a real arc about that love, plus the show always treated it as a bad thing for the both of them that they needed to change. So I'm kinda baffled why Wincesters like it, unless they're one of the sociopaths who just hate Cas/Misha that damn much. Which from personal experience even before watching so much as a peep of this show, there are way too many of them and they are every bit as awful to be around as you would think. Or horny people who are only here for the incest fetish or teh hot yaoiz and don't really pay attention to the story otherwise, in which case hey at least I respect you for for being honest about it as long as you stay chill.
Because if I was a serious fan of either character let alone both of them, it's such an embarrassing way for them to go out. Certainly not a thing worth celebrating.
I hope Jensen gets to make that little miniseries sequel he wants off the ground, if only so the characters can have a bit of closure or so Cas can get an answer, even if it ends in no ships at all.
