Sure you might like the aesthetic of a tribal shota, but all you're doing is putting it through unnecessary pain and suffering by denying it the luxuries of the modern age.
What do you think shotas did in the times of hunter-gatherers? They gathered and occasionally hunted. Life was solely focused on survival. They didn't have any time to play or to just enjoy being shotas. Basically in exchange for an aesthetic you get something that has to suffer like a mere animal in a wild.
