The evidence supporting the theory is truly overwhelming once you piece it all together. I remember making extensive posts about it here on /cm/ and also on /a/ - which was trolled and ignored to hell and back, but that was only scratching the surface of how deep this rabbit hole really goes... Assuming it ends up being canon, that is.
Did Japanese fans ever reach the conclusion that Rebuild's impacts represent sex and conception, for one thing? Or the deeper, more disturbing Dead Sea Scrolls connections behind Shinji and Rei's deep bond with each other being something well... more parental in a sense? Or the fact that all 3 have to be present ("copies"or otherwise,) for an impact to happen - with Shinji being the one who dictates the outcome of it all?
Also, any updates on a release date? I heard it got delayed. I would think everyone's getting fucking tired of waiting or most of have just forgotten about the Rebuild's as a whole and no longer care about them, especially when 3.0 was so controversial among the fans.
