I joined the fandom in 2014 and there were much more big Gorillaz fanartists a while back like Psychoon (whether you like them or not) rumrock, AKA, etc. Now it's way more scattered. glowrillaz and paleimitatorz are the only fanartists that are even close to reach those artists' popularity. Really appreciate people's effort to bring back old Gorillaz stuff like Kong or 5/4 MV lately though
