- switch positions if it makes sense for the characters

DO NOT:
- rape and gaslighting portrayed as love
- apologizing to rapists/rationalizing abuse/falling in sweet love with stalkers and possessive assholes
- have all/most of a character's problem stem from his sexuality
- have one partner basically be a woman
- "I was straight until I met you"/"I'm not gay, but I do love you" and other similar bullshit
AVOID:
- alcohol as a means to an end
- nipple play as if it was being done to a girl
- penetration without preparation
I also hate seeing gays stereotyped as one-night-stand only types until they meet a special someone and smoking, but that is petty personal preference for me.
