Me. I don't like to clean, but I really don't like the idea of my husbando having to clean. Then again he has abilities that would make certain tasks easier (or potentially make an even bigger mess).

Anxious. He hides it but he needs love and affection to help him be comfortable even with himself. It made me sad to think about that.

Since the new thread looks a bit empty, I'll contribute some questions.

Speaking of gacha games, I ended up downloading some Jump related ones and one with a collaboration to try and get Kaiba. Nothing yet, so please wish me luck.

Well, he always likes to look strong on the outside, his emotions are more hidden beneath his cold exterior so he'll be trying not to show it as he doesn't want to look vulnerable. He is likely to deal with it by acting out and trying to fix it in some extreme way, like how fuelled he was by his drive to stop at no length to duel Atem again after he suddenly left before Kaiba got the chance to beat him and it frustrated him.

Me. Kaiba has a very busy life full of stress already, so I want to take care of all that kind of stuff for him. I want to encourage him to relax as much as he can when he actually gets the chance to.

I guess neither. He's not trusting of others at all, and has issues opening himself up to others and avoids it but I wouldn't use the word anxious to describe him either. He's more like emotionally closed off. I have all the patience in the world to give him a reason to trust me, though.

It depends whether he's around people or not. He wants to give off the image of a reliable older brother, so he'll take on his brothers' troubles (ie their chores) and laugh as more and more is piled on as if nothing's wrong. Then in private if he's past his limit he'll cry his eyes out in frustration. In a more physical scenario like a loved one in danger he's more likely to step up to the plate though. It's this mixture of his timidity/noble integrity that I admire, even if it isn't always flattering.

Well given the aforementioned scenario (which did happen to him) I would want to spread tasks out as equally as possible.

In our relationship, I think he would be anxious at first and grow more trusting over time. He's not used to being treated well, despite him ever claiming otherwise. He really wants to please and know that he's doing a good job, and he's never been in a relationship before, so it's my job to let him know I absolutely love him through and through!

He'd either smirk and tease about a little (if he were more confident) or be flustered and bashful (if it were earlier in our relationship). I think either way though he'd be really, really happy to see a genuine fan. Just the thought warms my heart.

It's nothing against him but I already have a somewhat long name so I can't imagine changing it or adding to it. I imagine our children would take on his last name though.

A lot. I think I'd be more structured if he was really around, so I wouldn't sleep in as much. I love mornings and he can be a little groggy, so I'd go easy on him, but I'd like to get up and prepare/make breakfast first.

Oddly both, though much more the latter. The concept of trust is a rather foreign one to him, but he does show it (and quite strongly) at some points. That said he still suffers from a lot of insecurity, self doubt, et al on top of more run of the mill general anxiety.
As for the scenario of us being in a relationship 'for real', Karaanon pretty well covered it. Crona carries a lot of baggage from his prior life; while it'd take some time to assuage his fears and convictions, his trust would grow to be nigh unbreakable with time and an abundance of affection.

They might interest him as an idle timesink, or a simple curiosity of a world he's still trying to get used to. In that sense he might dabble in them a bit, if he could a.) obtain and get familiar with using a smartphone and b.) find or otherwise be lead to some that catch his interest. Assuming he didn't already know of his origins here, that'd open a very unfortunate but inevitable can of worms.
If he was aware and accepting of that, though, he'd probably be equal parts flustered/embarrassed and curious, perhaps appreciative of my support of him as well. I can see him sneaking off to inspect everything with that cute questioning look he gets sometimes and a slight blush.

That'd be a bit of a pickle. He'd most likely want to distance himself from his sorta-given name, but my last with his first would sound a little dumb. We'd have to talk it out, maybe get some opinions from others close to us and all.

Depends on how his is, if he has any concrete routine. It'd be great if we could sleep in together, but I'd want to be up with him if he was an early riser. That'd take a lot of getting used to, though.

Yes, especially if there's a competitive element I could see him getting invested. He'd definitely be the highest ranking event player in Duel Links, even under the circumstance theoretically that he didn't make Duel Links himself. I can see him getting invested in other gachas too, and the idea of him playing them with a serious concentration face is endearing.

Well, he's a gaming champion and I don't see why gacha games would be excluded from the question, especially when the top players in the games are usually recognised as such.

Yes, definitely.

Thanks you guys for the good luck wishes. I was able to get him in 2 of the games so far, I managed to get both of his limited time units before their events ended.

This is a fun question, but I imagine Kaiba reacting to it really well and taking it as flattery. Especially since he's the kind of guy who built a huge statue of himself at Kaibaland, he's not afraid of things made in his image. No doubt that Kaibaland has some merchandise featuring him too. I can see him teasing me or boasting about how of course I have merchandise of him, but the reaction wouldn't be a negative one.

I often think about mornings together with him. I'd love to get up early for him, and make sure he got his coffee just the way he liked it. Something to eat if he'd not rather have one of his chefs make it over me too, of course. I want to sit with him and make sure he has a good morning before he has to head off to work. I'd also love to make and hand him a special homemade lunch full of love to eat later in the day. Domestic things just make my heart beat fast.

He's not the best with technology, so he'd probably struggle to find any meaning in it. Most gacha rely on an endless loop of new goals to reach new goals and keeping up for the sake of not falling behind, rather than anything truly rewarding you can rest on. It's something you do because you already have an interest or investment in something, or time to waste that you're capable of spending on a screen. He's not the type to be invested in something digital compared to real people.

The only way I can see him spending money on one is if he thought it'd please someone he's interacting with, or if there was a real world incentive like vouchers for a cafe or restaurant. The latter really wouldn't happen, and the former he'd find any other solution before getting to grips with a phone.

It's all illustrations, several of them framed as though he is posed for a photograph or portrait. He might find it strange that someone holds onto images of his face, question what I see in it. With the right circumstances it could be disturbing to him. Would he be suspicious of me? Given that he's uncomfortable with characters who cherish his face it's possible he'd associate it with bad intentions.

As always the name issue remains. I saw someone recently using his first name as a way for a character to address him intimately. If he could live with that then there'd be a chance to take his family name, but at this point it would be very odd to call myself by the name I've always known him by, and that he has others call him. This person I saw didn't seem to hold much importance in his past or the reasons why he doesn't use his first name, which is odd considering Tumblr used to have quite a good essay on the matter (naturally it's been deleted now but I saved a copy years ago). It's like the whole internet is degrading.

I can imagine he'd channel that stress into energy in his performances. Unfortunately since he's so busy he wouldn't have much downtime. I'd like to support and comfort him so he can take a break from being a big celeb, even if only temporarily

he usually deals with it pretty well, depending on the source of it. a lot of the time, if something is stressing him out, he will try to fix whatever problem is causing him to feel that way.

he likes to keep things tidy, so he would probably end up doing more, but i wouldn't want to be useless so i would want to try and do at least as much as he does. i don't like cleaning, but i wouldn't want him to have to do everything. i love him too much for that.

i don't think either of us know exactly what that is. at least, i don't; but a quick google leads me to believe it's not the type of game he'd enjoy.

he would probably find the microtransaction model to be predatory and would feel compelled to do something about it so people don't end up spending tons of money on an addiction (his show actually had an episode about microtransaction-heavy games).

I've answered this so many times, but it's a big part of his story. He panics and retreats into the relative safety of his mind, trying to calculate the shortest route to stability. It's interesting seeing him when he's in deep enough, he starts getting into the kind of illogical, magical thinking that people tend to feel when they're backed into a corner. (In his case, he mentions the "luck he was born with," a callback to the real Akagi, who is not actually abnormally lucky but that's another conversation.) Gives him a nice sense of realism.

Am I a shitty wife if I’ve had my husbando out of my focus for a while? I’ve been dealing with the death of a family member, a job change, and relocating to an entirely new area where I don’t know anyone. I feel like even that is no excuse, but honestly keeping up with his source amidst all of this felt like more of a chore than anything. Now things are a bit calmer and I feel like I can breathe, so I’m ready to dive back in. Can this be forgiven? Or should I just piss off?

That's perfectly normal for long term relationships. The last thing you want is for your husbando to be associated with traumatic events, forcing yourself to think of him at that time may cause you to think of them more in future whenever he's brought up, and forcing in general deadens your feelings. Real relationships can fall apart in rough times too, it's not something anyone can be blamed for, negative moods are negative moods. Difference is 2D isn't going to be awkward to get back together with when its passed. 3D can change and never click again, but you can return to him where you left off and he'll still be the man you loved. In a way, that's the trade off for having someone who can't really support you in life.

PC went to hell and so did my entire image collection of him.

2 year anniversary creeping up in about a week or two give or take (since I don't have a fixed date for it). Have no idea how to celebrate.

Went through a whole questioning period, even though my feelings for him haven't changed. Caught myself crushing on another character, mildly freaked out, then realized I liked them mostly because of how similar they are. I also would not have been capable of feeling things like this if it wasn't for him, if that makes any sense. It lacks the whole meta aspect though, that "he feels so real" vibe Nezumi still gives me, so I don't know what to make of this. Has anyone gone through a similar experience? I had a similar episode early in our relationship, maybe 6 months in? Didn't do much about it per se as my crush on that character faded on its own before too long. From what I've heard it isn't abnormal for that to happen; I don't think it's anything to worry too much about as long as your feelings for Nezumi still remain strong. It can still be distressing to go through, though.
Also for the anniversary, most anons celebrate by doing something creative. Writing, drawing, baking, something along those lines. Of course you can simply take some time on the day to reflect on him and your feelings for him as well, especially if you don't have the space or time to do anything else.

There isn't a chapter or episode about New Years, but there have been several images for magazine compilations, and some of them show him getting together with his colleagues to celebrate. He loves Chinese food. In the first chapter you only see him drink, but in the second he walks right into Nagasaki China town and takes people for a meal there. In a way he's a bit of a lucky sod having command over the twelve divine generals, because every time he visits Gensoukai he can eat a mountain of good food free of charge. ;__;

I wonder if he has any regional preferences though. The anime added chilli flakes, but does he like hot and sour flavours or anything more specific? The manga only showed him stuffing himself with bao, and the fandom's detectives haven't identified the spread in Gensoukai (some look like dessert items but it's really hard to tell from the details). Dim-sum could have any kind of fillings.

My instinct is to keep it a secret. You know, like every kids book and TV show where they keep their superhero book friend hidden in an abandoned shed in the woods or something. I wouldn't leave him in a shed, but him being able to come and go through the window at night would be convenient. At this time of year when it's cold he could camp out in the local library invisible to the living and stay warm, and in the summer I'm sure there must be somewhere with air con in town. Maximum freeloading.

There's something juicy about secrecy. Even if I introduced him to people, my temptation is to talk about him in vague terms without letting slip anything. I mean, it would be crazy to just out and go 'yeah he's a shinigami from teh mangos'. But surprise Japanese boyfriend with purple eyes? Yeah, that's curious.

Music isn't something I would think about too hard. It'd be whatever I was listening to at the time, but if he were there to hear it too I'd self-moderate what kind of music it might be. Especially since he'd understand Japanese better than me.

They're basically Suffering Boys Anonymous: the underworld department ("anonymous" because they won't fucking tell each other the details clearly so no one knows what flavour of grief they're dealing with). They all have their tragic backstories and things that they fixate on because of them, and for Tsuzuki there was both his own boss, Chief Konoe, and his one-time partner, Tatsumi, who were starkly aware of his problems. When Tatsumi quit fieldwork after his experiences and became department secretary this kind of sealed Tsuzuki's fate as central major fucking concern for the two people in charge of the office.

Plot contrivances with King Enma and the Count aside, Tsuzuki wouldn't be able to sink to the background when his sinking is what sets off the people ordering him around, as well as other colleagues (haha yes, Terazuma is great for gags, but have we ever asked why he's so bothered when he knows it's a sensitive issue? He's a former police officer, he has some sense of tact for serious topics, surely). Any fanfic that says he quietly stops being centre of attention and it takes time for people to notice is bullshit because their watch is inescapable and the Tuduk is a valuable resource.

Yes I wrote two whole paragraphs just to post another New Years image.

He sleeps rough in the book world out of consideration for his hosts, but it's kind of cheating that he can summon an entire giant tiger for a bed. Just a plan to be sticky, because he must have some purpose to have come here, and he wouldn't drop it that easily.

I wonder, if he were a bird or something would he try to gesture like having hands, or carry things in his beak. Pick something up and go tapptappatappa with it to point things out. I don't think he'd have that fine control as a dog.

Would any of it work is the question. If an animal came up to me and was very attached I wouldn't jump straight to it being a fictional character, even though I associate the breed of dog with him. But I think if he showed a degree of sentient intent, like protecting me, I'd be inclined to make a comparison and that would be his chance to react. Bark louder if you're a confused dead guy, jump if you love pie, now spin in a circle and tell me how Gensoukai arc ends. No? Well, worth a shot.

To be honest something that annoys me in VRMMORPG fiction is when authors don't let their characters lose and return to a starting point, but Tsuzuki might take that to a new extreme. He has no idea how games work, no motivation to go around fighting things unless they attack other players (and what good is a newbie going to be then? He's never had this experience before), and no he's fine don't worry about him he doesn't need a party. Dumb fuck. So to answer the question: he'd pick something he has familiarity with or wishes he could do, which narrows down the choices to some kind of beast tamer, summoner, magic user, or healer. None of these have anything like the stamina or defence that his hard wearing body has in his world, so he's going to die. A lot. He has a tendency in his own world to jump and do flips, so his reaction to dying may well be 'oh I didn't dodge that, I should go faster next time'. He wouldn't start out thinking to put his stats in one place - and you know he isn't choosing strength/attack on the creation screen because that'd be violent - but as each task proves difficult without his normal mobility and power he'd begin to lopsidedly assign stat increases and equipment to whatever is bothering him at that time.

The idea of being a healer would appeal to him as something he could finally do for real, instead of watching his own wounds vanish as everyone else falls apart, but the daunting responsibility and dying before he could keep up with anyone's damage would immediately turn him off. I don't know how long he'd play for if that happened, and he might run into players who shit on bad healers even in starter zones.

That's if he doesn't accidentally punch a hole in a wall using the headset.

i'm assuming by 'rough' you mean sleeping in the wilderness or something. i think he'd manage, but he's not really an outdoorsman. he has been in survival sort of situations before.

There were several characters I developed feelings for before him, and I even considered some of them husbandos at the time. Only when I met Kayn did I understand what it truly means to waifu/husbando a character. What I feel for him is different from any other character before.

It's hard to say if he get the recognition he deserves. His series is still brought up as "remember that shit show" and "top ten lgbltq+ anime with queer protagonists" in the west, but Japan continues to recall it fondly as their gateway drug that tempted many a young girl into reading manga their parents wouldn't approve of. The fanbase flipflops at a competitive rate between flanderising him as zomg cupcakes and making him some glorified posterchild of mental health disorders. There are times when the latter discusses the writing with reverence I can approve of on the basis that they said it was good and I'm naturally biased, but for the most part they're embarrassing. In truth the writing wasn't amazing and the anime especially played into exaggerated tropes so it's not entirely uncalled for.

In series? From his direct colleagues I'm pretty sure he does, but the other departments at his workplace don't seem to understand who he is and the dangers he faces. They're only shown very briefly, and we don't know what their roles entail, but one thing Western fans agree on is they don't know shit about how much he's put in and the level he's at. I'd like to see their reactions when everything blows the fuck up instead of the comical stickmen the author went with.

Higher up the chain we don't know who's in on Enma's conspiracies, but I guess when he's being used it's not what you'd want to call recognition whether they understand or not.

When it comes to the divine generals things get interesting. Obviously they recognise him if they serve under him, but there seems to be different motivations and lines of introduction in that. I want to know more about what the azure dragon saw in him, that outright pisses off Kurikara. The failed negotiations tell us that he's waay outclassed by just one dragon's raw power, or at least perceives that it makes it difficult to even speak while standing in front of him, so what convinced the others?

It's interesting to see what kinds of characters people have as their husbandos, why, and what they have to say about it. It gives me food for thought about my own husbando and pushes me to examine my own understanding of him.
Depends on the subject. I don't like to intrude on things or get too spergy, because I've had bad experiences with people who obsess over their husbandos to a level that's dangerous. Including my own. Not to mention the series he's from has some considerably tainted associations because of the extremely toxic fanbase. As soon as I find people with like minds though, and who I trust not to freak out, it's time to fire away.
The most visible fans are often the most obnoxious and unpleasant, and god knows there are a lot of people like that for him, so I always try to exercise some level of jurisprudence so as to not let it spiral into an unhealthy kind of obsession. But whereas I'm normally used to there being a large wall between myself and the media I consume, I finally understood those feelings of heartfelt fascination and deep concern for the wellbeing and fate of a fictional character, and why people get so emotional when harm comes to them.

Oh, and if Alucardfriend is still here, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the latest Castlevania season. Certainly some... interesting things certainly happened there.

As said by others, I'm interested in seeing that I'm not alone with the level of feelings that I have. It's interesting to see others' perspectives on it.

Yes, I frequent the WWD threads over on /a/ - though the threads on his series itself on /a/ (when they do appear) have greatly deteriorated and whenever I show up for too long there (not even just talking about Kara but the show in general) I'm brushed off as "that Karafag" and stereotyped as wanting the show to be about nothing but him, which isn't true but I guess it's more fun for them to have a bad guy. On the WWD I'm also seen as an "attentionwhore" so it looks like I just have a bully-able personality, I guess. I try not to be annoying but there's no helping some people.

Depends on the level of extremism. I will not deny the fact that I've had feelings for fictional characters before him, but I'd never thought about making a little shrine for Valentines/Christmas or going to the trouble of commissioning/requesting art of him with me. I had drawn myself with previous fictional crushes (which is really odd to look at now), but I wouldn't dare to put it on the internet. But with Karamatsu I know my feelings had deepened into love so much that I wanted to share my creations, and I think that says something.

The important thing to me is that he brings me comfort and inspiration, and while I may partake in some of these traditions now I try to do them in a way that makes it special to me, not just filling a quota. Similar to what >>3437593 said. I have witnessed a "Karamatsu Girl" literally hyperventilate over a janky MMD fan vid and by god, I'm not going to end up like that.

Shiroanon, I understand you on the fanbase thing. Irl I've mentioned "Osomatsu-san" when people have asked "where's that guy from" and they've gone "Oh I know that, the fanbase is DISGUSTING" and just straight-up end the conversation there. It's bizarre to me that there are people who won't want to know about the actual work of fiction and just judge entirely on the fans. Lack a few braincells there if you ask me - or to put it more politely, people who lack curiosity will always bother me.

He's a heavy sleeper, I'm a light sleeper, so he'd likely fall asleep first.

Loads, we only get more shameless as our relationship continues. Things like "darling" and "my love" we both use to each other, and then there are specific ones like me calling him "my shining blue star" and him calling me "my little red rose." I'd also love to call him "handsome," "gorgeous" and "my hero." It's so cheesy (I love it).

It was recently revealed that he gets extremely nervous if someone else is going to clean his ears, to the point that he may not even like doing it to himself. I'd definitely try to help him with that. Also there's his issues with not wanting to be left out/forgotten, but I'd be sure to give him lots of love.

Me, I've got truckloads of issues but some of them are similar to his fears. Thinking about how he would react to my self-destructive habits is something that would help me a lot (if only I did it more).

That's an interesting one. It really depends on how his brothers would react to Karamatsu being in a relationship, and how they would treat me. I will admit I will start off with a chip on my shoulder against Ichimatsu because his treatment of Karamatsu hits extremely close to home for me. I've definitely answered this one years ago but I swear if he "fell asleep" first he'd be pretending to encourage me. He's the type to watch other people, I think it's a habit from not needing sleep, amongst other things.

Most people know I tend to use the alternative romanisation of his name and drop the final vowel, but I've never thought if he'd call me anything. I hate forms of my name since they were always used to take the piss, so maybe he'd pick up an online handle or something that people call me. We'd kind of match in a way.

Real family it'd be hard to say if I'd get along with, but found family? I really hope I would. I like them a lot as characters and have always felt I wouldn't want to separate him from them if I had the choice to meet, but whether they'd take to me is unknown. They're not the type to shun someone for being useless, despite all having special abilities themselves, but they might find insecurities and newbie steps tiresome.

Since we're not on /a/ any more I suppose I could say I talk about him on another board, but I don't think I really have outside of WWD in a couple of years now. Weirdly the last good conversation I remember striking up was in a Kado thread because someone recognised the Japanese parliament building from his workplace. I don't think there's really any place to talk about his series without devolving into the same 'wasn't it gay?' thing, I mean, there's no real reason to bring up a shoujo series for the most part.

It's funny because I already had him long before waifu culture became a defined thing, and my first reaction to seeing waifu culture was bad. That was when all waifufagging was painted as cultish though, before the term was broadly accepted for other uses and gained a softer image. These days the cultish ones are invariably on other sites where the true purpose of their self policing tends to be pure clique shit. I'm still fairly critical of that sort of thing, someone who loves their husbando in seclusion is more trustworthy to me.

I don't feel guilty for loving a fictional character over someone real, because there's never been that space in my real life relationships. I have friendships I uphold and don't feel my husband comes between those commitments, so it's not a problem. What did come to mind though was that I feel guilt towards a fictional character. When I hit bad times, when I'm busy in life and have to focus on things, I often feel bad that I can't think of him simultaneously. Not really, there aren't any active No. 6 communities that I know of. I'm happy if I ever come across a new piece of art or find someone to talk to about the series.

I always thought it cool that people can be passionate about certain things like this, getting inspired, creating art, and so on. Never suspected it went this deep though.

Very careful. Astrals might be more physically resilient than mortals, but they aren't impervious. And besides, he wouldn't want the virus getting in his lab and potentially infecting his creations.

i think he'd be worried, and would want to take a lot of precautions. though he wouldn't let the worry control him.
canonically, he's had a kidney transplant which usually means you have to take medication to make your immune system weaker (he's never shown taking this, though, and the writers seem to have forgotten most of the old episodes), and that means he's more at risk for it than most people. though most likely, he wouldn't be worried about himself - his concern would be more for other people.

He tries really hard to turn it around, he has a very rough and brash personality so that may be difficult

There are technically several League continuations already or in the works, in the form of comics, spinoff games, and an animu. But League being what it is, they're all about a bunch of different characters from all over the place. So far we've only seen Kayn in one comic a d it was... something, to say the least.

I used to love the waifu threads on /a/ so much, I was a regular for a long time. There's no place like 4chan to talk about these things seriously. It's always been hard for me to wonder how we'd be together, so it helped to imagine all these topics with other anons. i haven't played enough animal crossing yet to really understand this, but i googled it and i think he'd most fit the 'smug' type of personality, although he's not particularly smug. the 'cranky' type was another one i considered because he gets angry a lot, but that personality type just seems like an asshole in general, which he definitely isn't.
he's very kind and caring. but he's not really that lazy and he's not much of a jock either. he can be smug sometimes, though.

i suppose it depends whose phone it is or who gets to the phone first if its a landline. but probably me because i always get excited when i get a phonecall. people don't call me much.
we'd both be annoyed by it and we both have bad tempers but his response would probably be a lot more... polite, unless whoever was calling wouldn't stop calling him after he asked them nicely to stop. i would either try to insult the caller or end up not saying anything while i try to think of something to say, and then they hang up.

He loves flowers, but I don't know if he would pick them. In an AU he was a gardner and in a set in one of the mobile games (where all the brothers were given jobs) he worked as an employee at a flower shop, so I think he'd be careful not to pick flowers willy-nilly. As for the baby animals he'd likely shed a manly tear (or several) and gush about nature's beauty.

I actually forget about Easter and hardly anything happens for me, since I live alone. But it'd be cute to celebrate it together. He'd probably try to make it last but indulge quite a bit. He likes good-quality food, after all.

It's very likely ongoing even after the movie. I'm ... not sure how to feel about that, since the movie set up some genuinely good backstory for the brothers (how their highschool years went, how they became more individual, literally explaining where Karamatsu's "narcissism" originated in a really fun and clever way) only for staff to say they're "ready to betray" that lore should there be a season 3.

I honestly can't stand how trolling the staff/writers can be - they have created so much potential time and time again that they've ignored (or outright shat on as a way of going "you fans are so silly for getting invested in this!"). I could go on forever about it, so I guess I'd say for them to please go back to having more continuity, stop reusing jokes/faces constantly, more fun with the regular matsus, less (or no more) pointless AUs, make Kara the underdog with his little solo misadventures again and stop with the Totty favouritism ...

In terms of sentimental items, he has a locket that contains a photo of his brother that he holds dear. He doesn't express it outwardly much though, he keeps his emotions locked deep inside when he percieves them as showing a weakness or a vulnerability.

He's incredibly sentimental, to the point that he'll write a love poem when his hand is accidentally touched by a cashier. He looks for romance/beauty in every little thing to a comical degree at times but I love that.

It's heavily suggested throughout the series that his deep, manly voice is put-on, and his actual voice (when he's scared/off-guard/crying hard) is a bit higher and softer. Both of his voices are lovely to me.

Okay, there is NO way the guy doesn't think he has a fantastic ass (and thighs, and legs). Because he goes straight for outfits that show those off whenever he gets the chance. Also his put-on voice, or course.

Depends on which one is actually his legal last name, but both "Pot" and "Tusspot" sound very sweet and I'd be happy to take either one!!

That's not the right way to look at it. Think about what the job of an author is: to create interesting and/or believable characters. If they create a character that you feel empathy towards (or any other emotion they want you to feel), then the fiction is pretty much doing its job. Falling in love with a fictional character has pretty much been a thing forever. It's not falling in love with yourself, it's making a personal connection to a character for their personality (and appearance can be a bonus) - our brains can't help it and our hearts don't care about the "they're not real" part.

It's hard to remember when I fell for him, I think I saw some episodes of the anime first and was smitten by the time I got the manga. I think the stories in the second volume already had me, because there was a melancholy to him that wasn't shown in the anime until the end. He was afraid to fall in love and he was so beautiful in that moment. The real realisation came way later, years after I had already made a fool out of myself posting him everywhere and in everything. I was oblivious for a long time.

He likes anything with a strong flavour it seems. Chilli sauces, potent cheeses, and excess sugary, fruity, chocolatey, spiced, desserts. Just dowse things and he'll probably like it. It's a very acquired taste but I blame his oni heritage. He loves festivals! Festival food especially, he collects at least one of everything available. On the game front he's a terrible shot with a pop gun but he's always determined to try for cute stuffed animals. I'm not sure how exactly he's changed my life, waifu threads have given me reasons to keep drawings and making things even when the odds were against me. I might have just fallen for a character similar to him, but I couldn't say who because no one compares in every aspect. I think more important is how stubborn I might have been to admitting it, if I detested waifuism for longer than I did would he just be a favourite character I dragged around with me? I think I always wanted more to do with my time and about him, what with never finding fandom for his series, so I was inevitably drawn to this.

I'm sure once I met him I'd find tons of things I couldn't tell him, but the first secrets that come to mind are deviant fetishes and frankly, he's my fetish. I would tell him eventually because it'd be the same as saying I love what you are and I just want you to be that. I don't know what else, maybe I'd be self conscious about my tastes in media? I wouldn't want to make him think I treat 2D as playthings if he became real, it feels like a huge moral conundrum.

I miss going for walks in the country so much. I think he likes them too because of a gag where he insisted on the long path to an onsen, and was the only one who wasn't dying at the end.

I've said this a bunch of times so sorry for repeating myself, but he loves Summer so much that he dresses up as his own made-up superhero and goes around town just ... approving of people spending their Summer outdoors. i think it'd initially progress pretty slowly. i'm shy and scared of talking to people, especially people i like. fortunately, he's very direct about his feelings - especially romantic ones - and if he liked me, then he'd do something about it. that would probably be our only hope, as otherwise i'd never work up the courage to confess my love to him.
after we both confessed i imagine we'd start 'dating' pretty quickly, and then i think it would stay there for a long time, and then when we're old enough, we could get married (in my fantasies with him, i always imagine myself as his age) and live happily ever after. i don't want kids and i don't think he'd want them either.

Then is the inevitable unnecessary punishment for his actions, leaving him back to the background again. So the short answer is yes, he wants to be in the spotlight, it just doesn't work out for him.

His world is supposed to be our world, but there's a lot of bizarre cartoon logic (like how he was born in 1952 but is only a 20something in the present). I like to headcanon that he and his family are just from this inexplicable bloodline.

I think so, that would be really cute. He's Japanese but a bit of a westaboo so he knows some English (and some of his pronunciation can be pretty good!), so I like to think we'd learn (or improve) from each other.

Like I said earlier it depends on how his world is interpreted. This is a show where he's died countless times, only to be alive again in the next skit (sometimes with some bandages on to suggest that something did in fact happen and it's not just a retcon). Would that mean he and his brothers have some form of immortality? I never really thought about it that way too much, and I kind of choose not to. He is a Matsuno.

As for being able to shoot beer out of his nipples, um ... that would end up being revealed in the bedroom, of course.

I think typically his first instinct is to find a solution or offer assistance. he takes a lot of initiative in stressful situations but imo doesn't prioritize himself quite enough sometimes

I would often do more of the "deep cleaning" with chemicals etc for safety reasons but from what I can tell he respects a tidy living space and understands the importance of taking care of possessions

Well, after that dream I always kept that man in the back of my mind. He became one of the motivations to live on, I decided to get better as a person. Sounds retarded, but it's hard to explain the feelings from a dream. Well, because of that sheer love or whatever that was I felt for that soldier from the dream, the moment I saw Rio and how similar he was to that man, he instantly became a hasubando.
Even tho he is not exactly that man, I still deeply adore him because of all the similarities.
Now that I wrote it all down it sounds extremely retarded but whatever. Still love him.

He's had several! Usually gets some sort of cool soda flavour drink. I wish I could try it, because then I'd know for sure if it were his thing or not. He's had a Summer Kamen latte too which looks adorable. And meat shaped into roses for a dish, lol. I think they all sound fine, though I wish I could taste them myself!

I'm one step ahead of you - one of my most favourite mushy things to say about him is

I also thoroughly enjoy calling his eyes the colour of black coffee (even though I know they're more grey, it's fun to say ... maybe it's more accurate for his hair?), and when he's lightly tanned his skin is basically the same shade as milky hot chocolate~ Oh! And his body type is "marshmallow" for sure. So cute ...

This man loves his food, I bet even if he were tired he'd eat half-asleep. In bonus materials he snacks sometimes, but also loves the good "real" food. Infamously in the -kun manga when he was a child, he ate his family's entire supply of rice when they were out (and ended up with a cartoony stuffed belly)! So I think he can be a bit greedy sometimes.
He usually eats with his family at the table at home, or whenever they're all out.
Asian pears tend to be connected to him due to an episode where he was kidnapped, and all of his brothers were too distracted by their mom bringing in pears to bother saving him, so it's kind of sad. There's a lot of fanart where he finally gets to have some. His favourite food however is karaage, and barely tea gets brought up a lot too (he drinks it from a brandy glass, pretending it's booze).

He would tackle the source of the stress and deal with it.

I think the workload would be equal between us. He keeps his surroundings clean as do i. He does come across the type of person who would laze around but he does his part of the work.

He eats but not a huge amount, he saves himself for meals usually. He generally prefers being alone or close to his advisors or Sinbad, but he's not hostile towards others.

That's ... a controversial subject. One that I personally don't agree with, I'm sorry to say. The terms "waifu" and "husbando" should have a similar if not the same weight as saying someone is your actual wife or husband aka partner, so being with a 3D partner as well doesn't make you sound very dedicated. They should be someone who has your heart 100%, not 50/50 or less. Otherwise it's just a character you have a crush on/are attracted to, not a waifu/husbando.

Some adventure, but then settle down. I get a strong feeling that he wants to get married and have a family together, and he'll consider all of that an adventure in its own right too. He has such a wonderful lust for life that I don't think it'll ever be boring!

I think I answered this one somewhere too but I can't find it. Ideally I'd like a dog and cat who get along with each other, but I don't know how it'd go with the all the kids we'll eventually have, so I leave that idea open for the most part.

My husbando is jobless, but in my fantasy I like to imagine I help get him on the right track. It'd be nice to see him pursue his passion for singing and making music, especially. Designing and making his own fashion can be a nice bonus too. So yes, I would like that in the real world. His own world basically hates his guts and that universe itself is contrived in a way that he can never be truly successful or happy for long, so I would get him the hell away from that.

i guess the amount he gets pushed around by everybody, i'd love to be a beacon of comfort for him considering the amount of pressure he's under to put on a good show onstage and off.

Nice question. I think it would most likely be my hair colour. My hair is naturally auburn, and that would especially stick out if I were in Japan. I've heard people just straight-up unapologetically stare at redheads over there, but if it were him I know he'd mean well.
