>>3375980i'd say so. the prescreening on the 2nd of September set a record per screen average for anime releases in Russia. they got a well respected company to do the dub, same people who did Gurren Lagann years ago, with the voice of Kamina doing Galo this time. i obviously would've preferred to watch it subbed, but they did a good job imo. overall the receptions a saw are pretty positive.
i honestly though that i'd have to wait for the blu-ray to watch Promare, so the fact that it got a decent release here, a week before USA even, is kinda mind-blowing
