Don't get me wrong I would like to see something about her too since this manga will most likely be the last piece of canon before DMC6 (so we won't have answers for many years) but let's be honest, they most likely have yet to think of what to do with her and this manga is just a spin-off, there's no way Nero's mom first introduction will be here depending on what they intend to with her in the future, if they even have a plan for her.
I will hope too that maybe we will see a glimpse of her in the future before the manga ends, that something will make V think about her, but I won't hold my breath.
