TERF comes from Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist, and it refers to radical feminists who are deemed transphobic for not wanting transwomen involved in feminism. Ergo, they don't seem transwomen as women, they see them as men in drag trying to appropriate female spaces and don't acknowledge their struggle and discriminate against them because of a bias against males in general.
