>>3364344>>3484041I'm gonna riff on what you're putting down Aussie by sharing that in Canada August is the time of year leaves start falling, the air starts smelling "cold" like wtf that's a thing, and people start firing up their wood stoves and aroma therapying up the city with the burning logs. Also the supermarkets are stacked with peaches and corn and the sunflowers my neighbor planted that I i had doubts would bloom are now loud, proud, and taller than their house.
I usually don't feel Halloween until like November because I live under a rock but since I started being employeed and reconnecting with friends, artists, and family I've been finding it a lot easier to get into the cultural touchstone spirit
